Dell laptop fan noise

have any of you opened a Dell inspiron 5520 i7? my fan makes a vibrating noise, took me about an hour to open it up cleaned it and put everything back together but still the annoying vibrating buzzing fan noise 🙁 please help.. Thanks

Fan probably needed to be replaced, not cleaned.
