Dell laptop fan noise

have any of you opened a Dell inspiron 5520 i7? my fan makes a vibrating noise, took me about an hour to open it up cleaned it and put everything back together but still the annoying vibrating buzzing fan noise please help.. Thanks

Fan probably needed to be replaced, not cleaned.
