Question Dell laptop starts only by charger and then sticks at logo

Hello guys, I have a dell latitude E5470. It was working fine. But suddenly this problem surfaced.

It won't start without charger and it starts as soon as I plug the charger in and then gets stuck at dell logo. Nothing works then. F2, F12 etc. Nothing works. As soon as I remove the charger, it turns off.

I have tried removing battery and then pressing the power button for a minute to drain all the static charge but it also didn't work.

Any help will be much appreciated.
