Dell latitude e6400 laptop will not fiction when Bart. Is out and ac cord is plugged in, computer says won't access with out battery.

Dell latitude e6400 laptop will not fiction when Bart. Is out and ac cord is plugged in, computer says won't access with out battery.

These laptops cannot function without a battery since they use it as a buffer. Therefor removing it will result in said issue. However there should be a option in the bios under power that disables this feature with some models.
