Dell optiplex 380 lan drivers for windows server 2008 64 bit

i have installed win server 2008 on dell optiplex 380 desktop but i can't found the driver's for the same on dell site also. so do the needful help ASAP.

That is a desktop PC, not a server, so try the Windows 7 64-driver listed.
