The back of the laptop screen should have a screen to display a photo like digital frame. Something extreme low wattage then you can put any artwork you want.

They're working on that, but color E-ink is still extraordinarily expensive, especially at that size. Plus it adds additional bulk, is limited in its shape, and its color saturation and contrast are limited, so it won't have the same visual impact as printed/molded artwork.
