Dell Vostro 5560 Microphone problem

Dear All. I have buy new Vostro 5560 but microphone problem. its can't detect my voice so i can't make a call on it by skype etc. Please help.

Check in Control Panel -> Sounds and ensure the microphone is detected and set as your default input device, also check your sound mixer to ensure it is not muted.

Run the Windows Microphone setup wizard to get a comfortable recording level.
