when I turn my Dell Vostro laptop on it goes through the usual process of logging on to the desk top etc before the screen suddenly goes blank / black. I then have to press control alt and delete to get the task manager up. I then press services and the screen suddenly works.
The next issue is that the wireless is then not recognised at all and I have to press the troubleshoot button to get the laptop online.
I have had the laptop about 2 years and never had any problems until days ago. I have looked online and found one constant solution which is to turn it off take battery out and hold power button for a minute. this has not worked. the problem also occurs when the battery is removed or if the laptop is using the battery or plugged into the wall.
Any ideas? much appreciated.
