Dell vs Asus?

I'm looking at two laptops. They look virtually identical, besides a $10 price diffrence, which doesnt matter. One's a Dell, the other is an Asus. Links Below:

What would be the better buy? They both have an A10-7300, 8GB of Ram, wireless and ethernet, and a 5400 RPM storage.

The link goes to a Dell, but if they both are the same basic specs, I'd go with Asus myself
