Dell vs. Lenovo for Arch Design Student

I'm entering a master's program for architecture in a few weeks and need to purchase a new laptop. I've always owned Macbooks (I was never doing design-heavy work before) so I'm jumping into this PC game with no experience/knowledge. My school gets pretty heavy discounts on Dell and Lenovo, which is why I'm leaning toward one of those brands over Apple. Help!

Requirements as per the school:
- Memory: 8GB minimum
- Processor: i5 or i7 processor 
- A strong Graphics Card capable of displaying resolutions at or higher than 1280x720. 
- An HDMI port (or an adapter) for connecting to projectors and electronic display screens
- 2.2 gHz or more

Must be able to run:
Adobe CS/CC
AutoCad
Rhino
ArcGIS

Any opinions from designers out there? Thanks.
