Dell XPS 13 and "a" button

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with my Dell XPS 13 laptop..

What happens is that I was using my PC.. I shut it down and then turn it on again and I could enter to my account. It seemed very strange to me because I hadn't change the password of my laptop. So I tried to enter a thousand times, but it didn't work. Suddenly I thought that I had try with the screen keyboard, so it worked so I realised that the "a" button was not working. I press it very hard and nothing happened. I have continue using my pc this way, just coping the "a" letter and writting like this, but it is very disturbing, DSo, there anybody that can help me please?

Most probably your "a" button has malfunctioned and the only way to get rid of the problem is to replace your keyboard, or use an USB keyboard.
