Deployed brother needs laptop to skype wife & kids

Hello,
My brother in the military has been deployed to Aphganistan. He leaves tomorrow, but his laptop crashed two weeks ago. He is married with three young children.
Is there someone who gives laptops to deployed soldiers so they can Skype with their family? Who do I contact to get one sent to him, and how?

I don't know of any that provides a laptop for free to a soldier, but this company provides refurbished ones to squad or whatever. http/jdscomputers.netfirms.com/

I would actually suggest just buying a cheap netbook (100-$200 at most) if you can afford it.
