detailed CAT information

I am wondering how to get some more detailed Conditional Access Table
information from a Transport Stream. I can check for the PID and create
the CATable with the basic information from the DVB standard (CAT length
etc.), but where can I get further information about the content of the
CAT, depending on the broadcaster (information like encryption used,
key, etc)?

Anyone who can help me?

Go through the ISO 13818-1 document which gives some clear information
about the CAT.
