"Device DISPLAY\CMN1747\5&d058fee&0&UID4353 could not be migrated"

Hello there, i have replaced my laptop screen few days ago, and i noticed that i have an error in "device manager" like this one- "Device DISPLAY\CMN1747\5&d058fee&0&UID4353 could not be migrated." Screen doesn't work properly, doesn't change color modes.
Can somebody help me to sort it out?

Have you tried uninstalling the device from the device manager and rebooting to let windows redetect and reinstall it?
