I bought a Diamond VC500 capture card. I plugged it in and every, and my computer does not even recognize it as a device. I searched the control panel and looked at my list of devices, but it was not on there. I have installed all of the drivers I needed such as the EZ Grabber software. I am at a loss and I cannot find the information I need anywhere.
