Did I Screwed up my Laptop big time? This is regarding a magnetic Flashlight, I didn't realize that it was magnet at the time. ( My stupid fault )

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Alienware M14XR2
Intel(r) Core(tm) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60Ghz

You have given no information. What symptoms are you getting and what exactly did you do

Is the laptop showing any problems?
What did you do with the magnetic flashlight to make you think your laptop is messed up now?

Just because you have something mildly magnetic near your computer does not mean it is toast, I can set a dozen magnetic screwdrivers beside a laptop and nothing will happen. You need a powerful magnet, then it can wipe the data on a hard drive, but that is it, it wont damage the chips or the motherboard just erase your hard drive.

Most magnet concerns come from the old days and floppy discs. While magnets are not good for computers, it takes a powerful magnet or long exposure to really do damage.

Ok,The Hard Drive started slowing down, unlike the day before.
When I restarted the system it usually says "locked", it doesn't say anything any more.
The screen starts outs very lights..or should I say the screen doesn't look like it should.

I placed the magnetic area on top or near the hard drive.
