Directv on a houseboat, can you use HD receiver

I have installed the SWiM dish, one line diectly to the power supply and then into the reciever. No luck. Set 44', 70 angle, 209 heading.

The houseboat may move too much because of the water motion. To test that, setup the dish temporarily on the dock. If you get a lock but can't get one on the boat, it may be because of too much motion.
