DirectX10 on Windows10... Wanting 12

I have windows 10 but my DirectX is 10 and not 12. Windows says I am all up to date.

Exatly, but he will need desktop PC 1st hah.

ALL parts have to be DX12 to have DX12.
The integrated GPU in that pentium is not DX12 capabile
