I have a gaming PC that can play CS:GO at over 400 fps and don't have much to spare. I need a cheap solution for being away (with wifi) that can play community servers on ultra low settings with performance cfg. I'd like it to run that at at least 50fps. I'd also like it to be able to run hl2 including mods. I have only £100 budget. Is it too much to ask or is there a chance?

Look what is available in your area used for the price. Since you know what video card and CPU you need for the game you are playing you can search and see.
