Display adapter listed as Intel

Hi, I recently reset my laptop due to some performance issues, and after resetting it, my display adapter seems to be listed as an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600, while I have a Nvidia 970m. I'm no expert on computers, but shouldn't the display adapter be my graphics card? Please correct me if I am wrong, but if I am right, how do I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Make sure you have installed the drivers / software for the Nvidia. you can do that from the Nvidia website or the manufacturer website under driver support.
