display replacement problem

recently i got my laptop screem replaced but after that dont know why my screen got some printed number on it , i tried to remove it but no use can you please help me with my problem cause it really distracting me while working thanks

There's only so much you can explain with words, that you need to include an image of the offence/culprit. Mind passing on a link to the image after hosting it on Imgur or any other image hosting site? Also, make and model of your laptop. An SKU will help us two fold.
