Hello,
How do I stretch a distorted image on my HP pavilion when playing games? I want to make the game wider so I get the chat too.??

If you are playing the game in full screen mode, you can't do what you propose. You need to run in windowed mode and adjust the window like any other. Mileage will vary on how well this works (or not). What game(s) are you trying to do this with?
