Do I need to download nevomedia player 9

I have a rx3100 series and I'm having trouble with the nevomedia player 9.
It says I need nevomedia player 9 for it to work. Do I need to download
it? and where? or does it already come with the disk?

You need to download the plug in for Windows Media Player 10 for it to work
with nevomedia player 9. There is and updated on the HP website.
