Do i need to replace the andriod smart phone when it need constant recharging?

my android smart phone keep going out and it need constant recharging, why is this happening?

Batteries go bad. It happens. You just need to replace the battery. Yes, I know, some are meant to make it extremely hard to get to their batteries. If it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If it isn't, you can either search for a video to walk you through doing it yourself (if you feel comfortable doing so) or you can take it to a local tech.
