Like if you had software that could clean up all the sounds you don't want automatically and give you better audio recording then anything we have now?

Anytime you "clean up" sound, part of your sound is altered/deleted. Quiet room, good microphone - nothing will ever beat that combo.

If anyone here had an answer to your question they should keep quiet and sell the idea first because right now a good recording environment is the industry standard to filter out unwanted noise.
