Does acer aspire 4720z support ddr3

Hello,
i have a acer aspire 4720 it has a 1GB DDR2 i want to upgrade it to 2 or 4 GB DDR3. can you tell me if acer aspire 4720 will support the DDR3 or i should upgrade only to DDR2. is it even upgradable.... let me know
