does an oldschool tuner..pioneer sx750 ,have an line out of any form i can run into my pc....everything is rca jacks

The Pioneer receiver has two tape record outputs that are fixed level. You can use either one. All you need is a cable with 2 RCA plugs at the receiver end and a stereo mini plug at the PC end.
