The first looks like something based on the Doom engine... Something like Hexen? It could be a mod someone made.

The second one leaves me a little stumped. Elements remind me of Star Wars KOTOR but I can't provide any more input.

First one reminds me of the original Rise of the Triad (even though it's not)... such a crazy, random, insane game but it was great. Too bad the remake was terrible =(
