Does pirated games damages HDD of a pc?

I believe tomshardware doesn't support pirating.

You'll have to excuse me for not believing that you want help pirating software so you can tell your friends not to do it. What you're asking for is both illegal and against forum rules. We will not advocate piracy here at Tom's, and I expect this thread to be closed pretty quickly...

There is plenty of viruses and fraud in piracy, go figure. How about support developers so the prices don't get sky-jacked for us people that pay for games. If you need cheap games wait/buy on steam or buy used. You can pick up almost any game within a year on sale 60%+ off. Easy way to avoid is don't torrent illegal files.
