Solved! Does sonyvaio vgncs190 have problems

I purchased my sonyvaio VGN-CS190 in jan2009.Have hardly used it since then.Now,it shuts off on its own within two minutes of switching on the system..the screen goes blank and reboot doesnt help.Also,sometimes it works for 15 mins and then goes completely blank.It was purchased from USA.
Need help.Cant imagine sony can comeup with a product like this!
