Does the Dell Venue 5855 have Thunderbolt?

Every review I can find for the Dell Venue 5855 says it has thunderbolt 3.

To me, it looks like a standard USB-C, (also has a Display Port logo.)

But from my experience, I know Display Port does not include thunderbolt 3.

Does anyone know for a fact if it has thunderbolt or not?
