Does the htc one s have a update of jelly bean

Does the HTC One S have the update to jelly bean, beacause i know there are two versions of the phone and i wondered if they both or just one of them has the update ?

I think a while ago I heard that HTC will not be upgrading the HTC One S. So yeah, I guess you have to stay with Ice Cream Sandwich.
