Dota Fps issues

Can some help me fix my fps issue? I installed Dota 2 on my laptop because my PC decided to die on me and its gonna be a while until my dad decides to take it to the shop ( that is IF he ever takes it to the shop ) -.-

The specs are
CPU - AMD E1-1200 Processor
VGA - AMD Radeon HD7310 Graphics
RAM - DDRIII 2GB

If you get like 15-20 fps you should be happy,the CPU is just way too slow,use the vulkan option to start the game and live with whatever FPS you get.
