download to computer

I just bought a Kodak C195 camera and can't get the pics to download onto my computer... and yes.... I read the instructions... it doesn't work. Please help!!!!

I presume you have a lead from the camera to a USB slot on the PC? Try a different USB slot - some USBs are powered, some are unpowered, and while there is no empirical way of spotting the difference, some devices will only work with the powered sockets

Just some questions,
Did you use the cable that came with the camera ?
Do you use a PC or a MAC ?
Did you download the Kodak software before you plugged the camera in ?
Do you have an SD card inside the camera ?
When you plug the camera in do you get any messages on the screen ?
Are the batteries in the camera fully charged ?
