Downloading apps to sd card on lg l38c

I am trying to get my phone to download apps to the sd card that came with the phone and when I try to download anything it says the internal memory is full.

Try going to (Settings->Applications->Storage use)
and see whats taking up all your data.
You could also try a cleaning app like
Clean Master
https/play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&hl=en

which would clean your cache along with help guide you on removing unnecessary apps

I have the same thing with my LG l38c phone.

I've even gone so far as to uninstall everything, and then roll back everything that had been updated as far as they could be rolled back.

My Settings -> Storage says I only have 16.8 Meg of system memory free, and says that the first 3 memory hogs I have are (in order of largest to smallest):

@ 62.04 Meg : Google Play Services
@ 15.55 Meg : Google Play Store
@ 13.73 Meg : Listia

And so.on, Ad-Nauseam, until it gets dow to supposedly 0 KB apps.

As you see, I have a total of 3 user installed apps taking up less than 16 MB.

I can squeeze in maybe another 7 MB app, but then I get a constant "Low Memory" warning in the message bar, no matter how many times I clear the cache!
