I've even gone so far as to uninstall everything, and then roll back everything that had been updated as far as they could be rolled back.
My Settings -> Storage says I only have 16.8 Meg of system memory free, and says that the first 3 memory hogs I have are (in order of largest to smallest):
@ 62.04 Meg : Google Play Services
@ 15.55 Meg : Google Play Store
@ 13.73 Meg : Listia
@ 10.47 Meg : Emergency Messages
@ 6.93 Meg : Link2SD (to move apps to sd card)
@ 5.84 Meg : Browser (built in)
@ 4.71 Meg : Retail (moved to SD card)
@ 4.41 Meg : Contacts Storage
@ 2.30 Meg : Gmail
@ 3.05 Meg : Gallery (built in)
@ 593 KB. : Cache Cleaner
@ 588 KB. : LG Keyboard
@ 392 KB. : Maps
@ 316 KB. : Google Play Music
@ 216 KB. : DSP Manager Lite
@ 204 KB. : Advanced SD Card Manager
And so.on, Ad-Nauseam, until it gets dow to supposedly 0 KB apps.
As you see, I have a total of 3 user installed apps taking up less than 16 MB.
I can squeeze in maybe another 7 MB app, but then I get a constant "Low Memory" warning in the message bar, no matter how many times I clear the cache!
