Downloading windows in android phone to boot in pc

Iwanna format my pc which is pentium 3.
I wanna download windows xp in my galaxy smart phone, then i will transfer the file to a flash drive to install it to PC.
Is it possible?

Sure you can download the XP files to the phone if you can track down a valid XP disk download (which is not very easy since most are pirated versions or viruses). But the issue is copying the files to a bootable drive using the phone. Just find someone with a computer and use that to make the XP setup disk.
