Solved! DRIVE NOT SHOWING UP IN DEFRAG MENU

Solution
You can try the following and see if it resolves the issue.

  1. Go to "Start" and in the search type "Command Prompt". (without the quotes)
  2. Right click on the listing for it that comes up and choose the option to "Run as administrator".
  3. Once it opens type in "chkdsk /f" (again no quotes) and hit enter.
  4. Once it has completed and is back to the same line it was when it was opened, close command prompt window and reboot (turn it off and back on) the computer.
  5. Then try going into "Defrag" again and see if the drive shows.
