My laptop accidentally drop, after that there are weird colored dots inside the screen, when I move the cursor to the damaged area, the cursor is under the colored dots.

My laptop accidentally drop, after that there are weird colored dots inside the screen, when I move the cursor to the damaged area, the cursor is under the colored dots.

This indicates damage to the display panel. If you're lucky, it's just temporary and may go away on its own after a period of time. You can try gentry rubbing the affected area with your thumb as this will sometimes help unstick the pixels. If this doesn't work, the display panel will need to be replaced.
