Hi, I have Canon PowerShot SX160 IS and like to work with different modes. Here are some of clicks by me

Now I want another(higher model) camera under 30000 INR to take more detailed pics and do more experiments whether in landscape, portrait, sport, bird or micro. Should I go for dslr or mirrorless? which model will you suggest for me? Please provide options with different brands (Canon/Nikon/Sony/other)

~450 isn't much to work with. You won't find decent new cameras for that price. If you are looking to actually learn photography, start with at least 50% higher budget and get a DSLR with kit lens. Canon entry level lenses tend to be cheaper, lighter, and at least as good if not better quality than the other two, so they make great starter cameras
