Dsp 500 worth it ? or 5.1 headphone ?

I really don't know what to buy..
Every1 says Dsp 500 is the best but what makes it da best ?

In addition I am thinkin' about da 5.1 headphones.. How about 5.1 headphones, are they better than dsp 500 ?

Dsp 500 or a 5.1 headphone (it will be better if u write the model u suggest..)
