DT990s with Fiio e10k amp

Will this setup produce surround sound for competitive FPSs? Would installing razor surround help at all?

The E10K is an amp /DAC combo. There is no surround. I have no idea about Razor surround.

If you want an amp/DAC with surround modes for gaming look at higher end internal sound cards.

My motherboards internal sound chip should do surround, what im asking is if this will make it through the DAC/amp and reach my headphones.

No. The motherboard sound will be bypassed by using the E10K.
