Dts or dolby Trough pc

Hi, i have a m4a785t-m motherboard and a Sony receiver with optical input, i play my games on the ps3 in dts and xbox games in dolby, but i can't get any of those in my pc, is there a way to get whether dts or dolby audio in movies and at least dolby in games? Is it an software issue?, if not what upgrade shoul i get? cheap one if possible, thanks
