Is it possible to dual-boot Windows 11 and Windows ME? I always wanted to play old games, but they are incompatible with Windows 11. Can you help me?

What is the hardware you're working with?
Highly unlikely that something that is compatible with Win 11 will also boot with WinMe.

But...this absolutely needs to be done with two individual hard drives.

Unlikely to work, though.

Don't expect to be able to boot from a typical portable HDD. What games are you trying to play?

Without serious work and configuration, that will not work.
More work than WinMe and era specific games warrant.
