Question Dual Monitors seperate Audio

hey guys i have 2 monitors setup on my pc one is hdmi to hdmi and the other is display port to hdmi i am wondering if it is possible to have 2 seperate audios coming from the monitors so example monitor one i use adobe premiere with its own audio and monitor 2 i have youtube playing in the backround coming from monitor 2s speakers i have a nvidia 1060

i found a thread about it but the software seems outdated wondering if there is any later software out there cheers
