Duplicate file locator (by filesize)

I'm trying to find a (Windows) program that can locate duplicate files in a given drive or directory by filesize. I've found dozens if not hundreds of programs that search for duplicates using MD5, CRC, byte by byte comparisons, etc but I can't find a single program that even offers the option of searching by filesize alone. Does anyone know of any?

(There's no need to mention that searching files by filesize isn't optimal. I know; I have a very specific issue.)

If you know the rough size of the files, you can specify them in Windows Search. Then sort the results by size.
