Solved! Dvd-ram driver cannot recognise cd or dvd

Hello,
my dvd-ram does not recognise any cd or dvd.i also remove nero.

Try going to the manufacturer's support site and updating the drivers/firmware for the drive. If that doesn't work, it could be that the drive is on it's way out.
