Question dvr, streaming at vacation condo

moving into a vacation condo for the winter. each condo has cable tv and wifi under one account for the entire complex. no dvr function. also not sure of the streaming setups. what is the best way to set up something with dvr capabilities and streaming services like netflix, prime, hulu, etc? firestick, roku, ps5, etc?
