E280i-B1 visio smart tv

My tv was turning on but would go off in a few seconds. Now it has a black screen all the time. Tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds but did not help. I have the back of the tv off and would like some instructions on what and how to test the power board etc.

It's best for you to contact a local repairman or technician from service center to do the job. Opening the TV and checking the board is very complicated.
