Too subjective for me to answer since your primary concern is comfort.
You have identified both products as "on sale" so you are aware of pricing.
Technical specifications are important but easily confused via marketing speak. You may have a legitmate technical requirement or two so look at the specifications anyway.
Find some "confirmed purchaser" style reviews and check the manufactuer's forums. See if there are any comfort related comments.
Big, cushy looking pads do not mean comfort. Hopefully you can get an opportunity to try wearing both sets.
