Hello, I couldn't find any info on this anywhere, so I hoped you guys could help. I have ghetto engineered a solution - a cut cigarette filter covered with the rubber sleeve, secured with sellotape - but I hoped there would be a better solution out there, such as an actual replacement. They are Sennheiser ie80's if that helps.

Thanks :)

not sure what you are actually trying to describe.

are you talking about the tips? here are some replacements http://www.complyfoam.com/ie-80/

if you're talking about the stem that the tips fit onto then i'm not aware of that being a part you can up and buy. you may need to send them in for repair to fix this.

apparently the ie80 has a 2 year warranty from the website listing.. at least as far as i can tell. this should be the service portal for you https://service.sennheiserusa.com/ and here is the phone/email http://en-us.sennheiser.com/service-support-contact-center-technical-support

Afraid not, it's not supposed to come out so they wouldn't provide the spare part. Also, their website seems to suggest no live chat or contact email, so that doesn't help. Maybe manufacturer's warranty would cover it, but I bought them last year from Amazon, and so that is probably no use either.

The stem! That's the word. I''ll hit them up after work, hopefully they could sort it out. Thanks again
