Please help me with my cellphone...how could i transfer my apps to my sd card...L 70....PLEASE HELP ME...]

Most you can't, or at least not fully. Go to the application manager, there will be a button "move to SD card" there. If it's enabled, use it. If not enabled you will have to root the phone and do a few other things, you can look up how to do that online, but doing that can cause other issues, especially during updates.
